Role & Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and CNC equipment. Diagnose equipment issues, complete repairs, and verify proper operation following maintenance. Plan maintenance activities, order parts, maintain accurate service records, and follow lockout/tagout procedures. Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Essential Qualifications:
2 - 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a Mechanical/Electronics repair field Experience with Makino, Starrag, Mazak, Handtmann, Chiron or Mori Seiki machines a plus Working knowledge of CNC controls (FANUC, Siemens, Mazatrol, or similar) and mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems. Ability to read blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical drawings; electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams are a plus. Experience using hand and power tools, basic testing equipment (e.g., multimeter), and material handling equipment such as forklifts or scissor lifts.
