Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, supporting our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hands-on technical work and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Repair and maintain plumbing systems, electrical fixtures, HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, floors, stairs and cabinets.
- Conduct painting, patching and general cosmetic repairs to walls, ceilings and other surfaces.
- Install or replace appliances, fixtures, and piping as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order indoor and outdoor spaces, including trash, recycling, and landscaping.
- Respond promptly to client maintenance requests and document completed work.
- Identify and report major repair needs or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Occasionally perform renovation or improvement projects, such as installing new doors, windows or flooring.
