This position performs a variety of maintenance, repair, remodeling, groundskeeping, and custodial duties to ensure agency buildings remain safe, clean, and well-maintained. Essential Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs at multiple agency locations. Complete remodeling and renovation projects, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work. Assemble and install office furniture and equipment. Perform routine custodial duties, including trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Complete periodic deep-cleaning projects, including windows, appliances, carpets, upholstery, gutters, and floor care. Assist with lawn care and grounds maintenance. Respond to maintenance requests and communicate project status with supervisors. Travel between agency locations to complete assigned work. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Three (3) years of experience in maintenance, construction, general labor, custodial services, or a related field. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications Five (5) or more years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or property care experience. Experience performing a wide range of building repairs and renovation projects. Additional Requirements Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must provide required immunization records. Work Environment Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and involves regular standing, walking, lifting, carrying, cleaning, and other physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.
