Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a 30hr Part-Time Handyman, where your versatile skills will keep our facilities in top shape! This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of maintenance and repair projects across residential and commercial settings. We do no a variety of jobs from junk removal to landscaping. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including landscaping, drywall, junk removal, carpentry, and remodels Conduct residential painting projects to enhance property aesthetics and protect surfaces Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, minor renovations, and equipment upkeep Supervise or coordinate with other team members during larger repair or renovation projects Requirements Must be have valid driver's license. Must have a can do attitude and willing to learn and take directions. Schedule requires you be available to work Tuesday-Friday This role is perfect for proactive individuals who thrive in hands-on environments and enjoy solving diverse problems.
