On-Site Requirement:
This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Please note that we are unable to consider current residents of the property for this position.
  • Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation. If relocating, relocation must be completed prior to start date. Property Information
  • 240-unit midrise lease up community scheduled to open in 2024. Compensation Package
  • Pay:
    $30 to $32_/_Hour]
  • Bonus Incentives include: Monthly Leasing Bonuses!

Paid sick leave accrual equivalent to 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (~11 days per year). What We're Looking For 1+ years' experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance required within the last 10 years. 2+ years' experience preferred. Applicants with trades experience will receive consideration. Must be well-versed in the unit turn process from start to finish. Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory. Must provide your own basic hand tools
  • the Company will provide power tools. Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers is required. HVAC certification preferred. Reliable transportation is required. CPO certification preferred.

High school diploma or GED required. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in effective communication and teamwork. Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach. Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work. Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills. Your Role Must be able to exemplify and exercise discretion and sound independent judgment to evaluate quality of work. Assist in getting units "rent ready". Abide by safety requirements at all times. Safely use chemicals and equipment as a part of everyday duties. Maintain grounds, work and storage areas and dumpster areas on a daily basis to ensure curb appeal up to company standards. Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover. Ensure lawns are mowed and trimmed and entryways, walkways and driveways are blown and free of debris. Ensure equipment is serviced on a regular basis to maintain safe operations. Must be able to be on-call for emergencies or snow removal. Maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures as established in the Operations Manual.
