Job Overview We are a 54 Unit Senior Retirement Community, and we are looking for another Maintenance Team member to assist in maintaining our facility. There are up to 30 hours per week available for this position. This position includes preventative and general maintenance inside and outside. Upkeep of the grounds, trees, and weeds. Rehab and refurbishing of individual units, to include painting, patching minor appliance repair and installation, heat & cooling, electrical & plumbing experience helpful.
