This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, has a passion for troubleshooting and mechanical problem solving, and wants to play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. You'll work closely with operators, maintenance teams, and leadership to ensure our CNC machinery is safe, efficient, and operating at peak performance. Whether you've worked in CNC maintenance, equipment servicing, or another mechanical role, you enjoy working with tools, taking initiative, and helping others understand how to care for their equipment. What You'll Do Perform routine and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and production equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues and provide timely repairs Train and support equipment operators on basic maintenance best practices and safe operating procedures Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to leadership and operators Recommend improvements to increase equipment efficiency, safety, and lifespan Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability Clean and maintain your work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership. What You Bring Experience working with CNC machinery or mechanical maintenance required Ability to read manuals, schematics, or maintenance instructions Strong communication skills with a helpful, team-first mindset Comfortable working independently and proactively solving problems Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
