Handyman/Laborer ROC Property Solutions Tacoma, WA Job Details Full-time $30 - $35 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Flooring installation Construction painting Driver's License Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, skilled general laborer to assist with residential renovations as well as unit turns for apartment units and homes. This is steady, hands‑on work for someone comfortable working across multiple trades in occupied and vacant properties. Jobs are located throughout Pierce and King Counties, including the greater Tacoma area, Seattle, and the Eastside. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in the following areas: Flooring installation and repairs Painting Drywall Light electrical work Light plumbing Deck Siding Fencing If you're a motivated, solution-oriented individual with a diverse skill set, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Assist with unit turnover tasks (cleaning, minor repairs, moving furniture) Support remodeling projects (demolition, material handling, site preparation) Perform painting tasks (surface preparation, priming, applying paint) Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Ability to use hand and power tools Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects Reliable transportation
