• 30 per hour, based on experience Performance Building Products is hiring an experienced Lead Garage Door Installer to run residential garage door and opener installations.

You'll lead the work on site, guide your crew, check that the correct materials are loaded, and make sure each installation is completed safely, accurately, and cleanly. What you'll do Install garage doors and openers from start to finish. Lead and assist crew members on site. Review work orders, confirm materials and measurements, and address issues before installation. Load, unload, and handle doors, openers, tools, and equipment. Test completed installations, clean the work area, and communicate any outstanding issues to the office. What we're looking for Experience installing garage doors and openers, including at least two years as a lead installer . Strong mechanical skills and experience with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment. Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation. Organized work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a crew professionally. A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle insurance requirements. Driving to job sites is part of this position. Ability to meet the company's workplace safety and lawful pre-employment screening requirements. Company vehicle insurance requires THC screening for drivers; any use of the result in hiring will follow Washington law.
