Duties Conduct routine inspections of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and building interior fixtures using hand tools and specialized diagnostic tools such as schematics and ohmmeters. Manage facilities equipment maintenance by troubleshooting issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and mechanical components to ensure optimal operation. Carry out carpentry tasks such as maintenance painting, drywall repairs, door adjustments, and other building interior maintenance activities to uphold aesthetic standards. Oversee plumbing system maintenance including leak repairs, pipe replacements, and drain cleaning to ensure water systems operate flawlessly. Supervise or assist with welding projects or other specialized repair tasks as needed to restore or enhance facility infrastructure. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, schematics updates, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns related to facilities issues while maintaining a professional attitude. Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with strong mechanical knowledge across electrical work, plumbing, HVAC system repair, and building interior maintenance. Skilled in using hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools, schematics interpretation, and diagnostic devices such as ohmmeters. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, residential painting techniques, carpentry skills, welding processes, and facilities equipment maintenance. Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred to support team coordination and task delegation. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration with team members. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, working at heights or confined spaces as required for maintenance activities. $17.50 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 8.0 per week
