Maintenance Technician Our Maintenance Technicians keep production running. What needs to be fixed? Depends on the day. Nolato Contour makes plastic injection molded components for the best names in medical devices, and it's up to you to make sure every motor, pipe, and system in our production facility is up to the task. This role will have you plumbing thermolator water lines and rebuilding motors. Fabricating a robot guard and helping with material transfer. Moving machines and troubleshooting equipment. You'll need to be good with your hands and ready to use mills, lathes, bead blasters, sandblasters, power tools, and hand tools to get the job done right. Whatever production needs to keep working, you'll make it happen. After a year, you'll know you were successful if: You're completing preventative maintenance and other projects assigned to you on time with minimal assistance.
