Job Description

gpac is partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturer south of La Crosse, WI that is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to its team. You'll be working in a modern, highly automated production environment with robotics, automated packaging, advanced controls, and pasteurization systems. The company has been producing fresh, locally processed products for 30+ years and continues to invest heavily in its facility, equipment, and people. This is a true multi-craft maintenance role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and fixing equipment—not standing around waiting for something to happen. You'll work across mechanical, electrical, controls, packaging, and utility systems that keep a 24/7 operation running.
What They're Looking For:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, VFDs, automation, and packaging equipment Knowledge of pumps, conveyors, motors, separators, and process equipment Ability to troubleshoot using schematics and electrical drawings Food, beverage, dairy, or other high-speed manufacturing experience is a plus Ammonia refrigeration, boilers, wastewater, or pasteurization experience is a bonus Someone who can think on their feet, diagnose problems, and get equipment back online Why Take a Look?
