Mandel Group is searching for a full-time apartment Maintenance Technician I or II to assist our team at The Corners of Brookfield in Brookfield, WI . •$1,000 Sign On Bonus •In this role with Mandel, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiencies and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, diagnosing work order requests, and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.

Cell Phone Reimbursement Available to participate in the on-call rotation 1 week once every 5-12 weeks (frequency dependent on region and staffing levels) Daily paid on-call stipend Paid on-call mileage Company provided uniforms Rent discount available Duties of a Maintenance Tech include: Perform general maintenance services such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. Respond timely to resident maintenance work order requests and notify management upon completion of requests or of pending work order needs. Be available to work some weekends and night work. Keep amenity areas in clean and operable condition. Maintain and monitor all safety related equipment and required records. Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections. Perform routine maintenance on vacant units in the most timely and efficient manner prior to new resident occupancy per Mandel standards. Grounds keeping duties to include trash removal and cleaning. Maintenance Tech:
Prior maintenance/facilities experience Recommended but not required skills /certifications: EPA Universal, type 1 or 2, certifications CPO certification 1-3 years maintenance/facilities/HVAC experience Start your career as a part-time Maintenance Technician with Mandel today!
