Job Description

Bilingual 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Pioneer Pet Products, LLC is a family-owned manufacturing company specializing in pet supplies located in Cedarburg, WI. We are seeking an individual who is bilingual in Spanish to join our maintenance team and develop into our 2nd shift maintenance technician. This individual will start by working 1st shift (7AM
  • 3PM, Mon
  • Fri) side by side with our lead maintenance technician to learn the ins and outs of our company and equipment before eventually transitioning to 2nd shift (2PM
  • 10PM, Mon
  • Fri) once they have gained the necessary knowledge and experience.
This person would be responsible for assisting in all types of maintenance/repairs across our offices and warehouses, from complex issues with production machines to simple broken doorknobs. Professional and inclusive, we offer: Growth opportunities Casual work attire International workforce Safe work environment Great benefits Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation Dismantle equipment when required for repair and reassemble it at the appropriate time Work with company leadership and contracted electricians to diagnose and repair production machinery Communicate and collaborate with our 1st shift maintenance team to ensure seamless transition between shifts Direct production workers when interacting with or using equipment to ensure safe and proper use Perform day-to-day maintenance/repairs across our two facilities
Qualifications:
Basic maintenance/repair skills (required) Bilingual in Spanish (required) Experience performing maintenance/repairs in manufacturing facility (required) Ability to move throughout the facility and use ladders to access equipment as needed (required) Basic plumbing/electrical knowledge (preferred) Strong willingness to learn Efficient time-management skills

Full Time Pay:
$30+/hr, open to negotiation depending on experience
