$26 - 33 per hour

This is a

•hands-on, multi-craft maintenance position

•supporting a highly automated dairy facility. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation of production, packaging, and utility systems across a 24/7 operation. The position offers consistent hours, a strong team culture, and the chance to work with advanced automation, robotics, and pasteurization systems. It's ideal for a mechanically and electrically skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment Experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater systems a plus Commitment to food safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement Safety-conscious mindset with ability to work independently on 6pm-6am shift What's in It for You?
