Entry Level Starting Pay:
$18.00+/hour, based on experience We're looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our laundry facility team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new mechanical and facility maintenance skills. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on laundry equipment Troubleshoot equipment and assist with repairs Help maintain facility equipment and building systems Learn basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems Keep equipment and work areas safe, clean, and organized Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist experienced maintenance team members with projects and repairs Other duties as needed What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working with tools and equipment Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic problems Previous maintenance, mechanical, industrial, or laundry experience is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person High School diploma/GED preferred Must be 18 years or older Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Matching Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Join a team where you can build valuable maintenance skills, learn on the job, and grow with us!
