Maintenance Mechanic Location:

Full-time Pay:

$26-$30/hour Schedule Pack Season (approximately July-September): 12-hour shifts, averaging around 60 hours/week Off-Season (approximately October-June): Monday-Thursday, 4x10 schedule, 40 hours/week Shift assignment remains consistent throughout pack season. Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair processing and packaging equipment Perform preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds Support production uptime and maintenance projects Work with sorters, encoders, and mechanical systems Follow food safety, GMP, and safety standards Document maintenance work accurately Qualifications We welcome candidates with backgrounds in: Industrial/manufacturing maintenance Agricultural or automotive mechanics Military technical/mechanical roles Machining or other mechanically skilled trades Benefits Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Life insurance Additional voluntary benefits
