2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Join a well-established candy manufacturer and become part of a skilled maintenance team supporting a highly automated production facility. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, minimizing downtime, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Why Apply? Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, and drives. Complete basic PLC and HMI troubleshooting. Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS. Support continuous improvement initiatives while following GMP and Lockout/Tagout procedures. What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, and production equipment. Basic PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred). Food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
