Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shower Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality shower doors and related glass fixtures in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure precise measurements, proper alignment, and secure installation of glass and door components, contributing to the overall safety and aesthetic appeal of bathroom renovations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional results that enhance our clients' spaces. Responsibilities Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to determine the correct placement and dimensions for shower doors and glass fixtures Handle glass materials safely, including cutting, fitting, and installing shower enclosures, ensuring quality control throughout the process Use hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment to install metal studs, trim carpentry elements, and secure fixtures according to specifications Perform heavy lifting of glass panels and other materials while maintaining safety protocols at all times Apply caulking, sealants, and trim carpentry techniques to ensure watertight seals and clean finishes around installed fixtures Read blueprints accurately to identify project requirements and coordinate with other trades such as carpentry or window installation teams Conduct dimensional measurements during installation to verify accuracy and adherence to construction plans Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and glass materials handling for precise installation tasks Experience with window installation, glass materials handling, and fixture installation in residential or commercial projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality control standards Skilled in caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and general handyman tasks related to bathroom renovations Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols and working on active job sites Excellent dimensional measurement skills for quality assurance during installation processes Join our team as a Shower Door Installer where your craftsmanship will directly impact the functionality and beauty of our clients' bathrooms.
