Wood Violet Recovery - located in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, just 45 minutes from Madison - is a voluntary, residential substance use treatment program dedicated to transforming lives. Serving clients ages 18-64, we are a privately-owned facility driven by our mission to turn every addiction story into one of sustainable sobriety. Our core values - passion, integrity, dedication, and service - inspire everything we do. We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our facility and property is well-functioning, clean, and attractive!
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm Have every Friday & Saturday off!
What You'll Do:
Complete maintenance work orders safely, accurately, and timely. Work with maintenance lead and other departments to schedule and prioritize repairs. Keep the building, equipment, grounds, and common areas safe, clean, and in good working condition. Complete routine preventative maintenance. Perform basic repairs, janitorial work, and groundskeeping as needed. Complete light pool maintenance, including cleaning, basic upkeep, and checking water conditions. Respond to maintenance issues. Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
What You'll Bring:
High school degree or equivalent. Current CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain). Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Knowledge of English language. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. A minimum of 1 year of sobriety if in recovery.
