Fond du Lac, WI Fond du Lac Area Full Time We are seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to work at our Fond du Lac Apartment communities. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and solid technical knowledge. Duties to

Include:

• Maintenance of buildings & units
• Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
• Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
• Snow removal from walkways, some light cleaning and picking up grounds

Qualifications:

Successful candidates should have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools.

Compensation:

Based upon experience.
