$28-$35/hour What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work Respond to mechanical issues to minimize production downtime Inspect equipment for wear, safety concerns, and potential failures Prepare equipment for seasonal startup and shutdown Read manuals, schematics, and technical documentation Follow plant safety, GMP, and food safety requirements What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills Experience repairing or maintaining mechanical equipment Ability to diagnose problems and follow repair procedures Reliable attendance and strong accountability Ability to work effectively with operators, supervisors, and maintenance team members Willingness to work extended hours during the seasonal pack season Pay & Benefits $28-$35/hour $0.30/hour night shift differential Overtime opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid short-term disability Paid time off and holidays Additional voluntary benefits #
