401(k) Match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & PTO About the Role An established food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair production machinery, mechanical equipment and facility systems. What You'll Be Doing Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery . Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes and implement repairs. Repair and replace defective mechanical and electrical components. Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential failures. Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and fabricate parts when required. Utilize CMMS to track work orders and inventory. Support safe and reliable operation of production equipment. What We're Looking For 3+ years of manufacturing production maintenance experience . Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery. Experience with PLCs / logic controllers is beneficial. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently. English and Spanish language skills preferred. Why Apply? $40/hour . Consistent Monday-Friday schedule .
