While this role will mainly be based out of The Chiswick (Fox Point, WI), this is a multi-site maintenance tech position and will require you to occasionally travel to Beaumont Place (Whitefish Bay) and Lighthorse 4041 (Shorewood) throughout your work shift. As such, access to a personal vehicle and appropriate car insurance/driver's license are required for this position. You will receive solid training, continuous development, and a tech-centric, paperless platform that will allow for professional growth and promotion within the company. Maintenance Technician Duties:
Manage work orders and make readies timely and with effective team communication Maintain all aspects of the property per Mandel Group Standards and requirements Groundskeeping duties may include trash removal and occasional touch up cleaning of vacant units Available to work 40 hours per week and participate in the on-call rotation.
For on-call:
1 week every 5-12 weeks (frequency depends on region and staffing levels), daily paid stipend, automatic 1.5x and 2x pay on Holidays, paid on-call mileage Recommended but not required: EPA Universal or Type 1 and 2 certifications CPO Certification 1-3 years of maintenance/HVAC experience
