- Hiring for 2 shifts: 6:00am
- 6:00pm 6:00pm
- 6:00am Key Responsibilities and Duties Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V) Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley) Conduct mechanical repairs on conveyors, augers, mixers, pumps, and drive systems Perform maintenance on fillers, cappers, cookers, coolers, and processing equipment Execute welding and fabrication tasks, including torch cutting and plasma cutting Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, boilers, and water softeners Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and plant safety procedures Perform lubrication, inspections, and general maintenance tasks Support plant operations by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed Qualifications•Needed High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience Experience in food manufacturing or processing environment (required) Strong background in electrical systems (AC/DC, 480V required) Proven experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley required) Welding certification or strong welding experience (required) Experience with mechanical systems, fabrication, and pipefitting Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations Ability to work all shifts and in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Bilingual (preferred but not required) Forklift certification or ability to obtain A bit about us:•Founded decades ago and based in Germantown, WI, we are a rapidly growing food and beverage manufacturing organization specializing in advanced aseptic processing and packaging solutions.
