We're looking for experienced maintenance professionals to join a stable manufacturing team in Germantown, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, wants a high level of responsibility, and is confident working independently. You'll have a direct impact on equipment reliability, production uptime, and overall plant performance—while earning $29
•35/hour plus shift premiums, a sign-on bonus, and quarterly profit sharing. What You'll Earn $29
•35/hour base pay , depending on experience +$0.75/hour 2nd shift premium Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus Quarterly profit sharing of up to 15% Opportunity for long-term growth in a stable manufacturing environment What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production downtime Diagnose problems, determine root causes, and complete repairs Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Complete work orders and maintenance backlog through a CMMS Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they become costly downtime Test and verify repairs before returning equipment to production Support facility maintenance, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building systems Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Assist fellow technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting when needed Communicate effectively with production and leadership Participate in continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Follow all safety procedures and proactively address unsafe conditions What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision.
Required:
1-5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to work independently on 2nd shift Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Dependable work ethic and strong sense of urgency Commitment to working safely and maintaining reliable equipment Additional experience that's a plus: Blueprint reading and understanding of tolerances Single-phase and three-phase electrical systems Bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, and mechanical drives Welding and basic fabrication Drills, grinders, mills, lathes, and other machining equipment Preventive maintenance and CMMS systems This Job Is a Great Fit If You...
