Glendale West Schedule:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning facility for our residents and staff. Why Join Us?   • Help create a safe and comfortable home for our residents Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures Participate in the on-call rotation every other week Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills required Previous maintenance experience preferred Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Dependable and self-motivated work ethic Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Complete Care at Glendale West is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
