Kapco Inc. is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician in Grafton, WI. Primary Responsibilities Performs appropriate duties in the installation and maintenance and troubleshooting diagnosis of a variety of mechanical equipment for building applications
Completes preventive and predictive maintenance on schedule with appropriate record keeping including small engines on forklifts and company cars
Perform tune ups, oil changes, tire rotations, belts and hose replacements as needed
Partners with outside suppliers contracted to do major mechanical and electrical installations and repair
Understands and appropriately uses OSHA lock out / tag out requirements
Follows all safety procedures and provides the guidance and enforcement of safety procedures and practices
Forklift and Crane training required
