Overview Job Shift 1st Shift Description Maintenance General Keep Our Facility Running at Its Best Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and operating smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance General and play an important role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment. What You'll Do Maintain the cleanliness of production equipment, facility interiors, and exterior grounds. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, mops, and other maintenance tools. Perform painting projects, including walls, safety lines, and floor markings. Complete routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems. Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventories. Assist with facility repairs and general maintenance projects. Replace light bulbs and maintain adequate lighting throughout the facility. Clean windows and other areas to support facility appearance. Remove snow, ice, and debris from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways. Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.Experience and Training:
- 2+ years of in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of general building systems, tools, and safety practices.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
