In Person Hudson WI About the Position AA Garage Door LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated Garage Door Service Technician & Installer to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently. Garage door experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person . If you take pride in your work, show up on time, communicate well with customers, and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Service, repair, and maintain residential garage doors and openers Install new residential garage doors, openers, and related components Diagnose and troubleshoot garage door and opener issues Accurately identify problems and provide customers with repair options Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service Explain repairs and recommendations clearly to customers Collect customer payments Complete service reports, invoices, and required paperwork accurately Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site Work safely and follow company safety procedures Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly Work independently while communicating effectively with the team Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Garage door service or installation experience preferred Training available for the right candidate Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues Ability to lift and handle 80-100 lbs. Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and motivated Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude Benefits Competitive pay: $19.00-$30.00/hour based on experience 401(k) 401(k) matching Company truck Fuel card Paid time off Company-provided tools Training and opportunities to learn and advance

Experience Garage Door Installation/Service:

1 year preferred willing to train right candidate.
