What Our Installers Do Our Installers work on residential replacement window and door projects. The work includes removing existing products, preparing openings, installing windows and doors, completing interior and exterior finish work, and making sure the finished product meets our quality standards. At times and as part of our window and door projects, we will also have to do some siding, roofing, and flooring as needed to complete the job. Window installation experience is valuable, but it's not required. Strong residential construction or remodeling experience can translate very well to what we do. What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically bring: Window and patior door installation, residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, siding, or similar hands-on experience Confidence using hand and power tools, saws, ladders, etc. Elite tape measure reading skills Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Reliability and a strong work ethic - "Get stuff done" mentality Ability to work well with both teammates and homeowners Willingness to learn our installation methods and standards What a Career at WoW Can Offer Our Installer career path ranges from developing Install Technicians through highly skilled Lead Installers, with compensation based on the skills you can consistently demonstrate.
Compensation:
$25-$45/hour, depending on skill and experience (we would not likely start someone in the $40's, but we reevaluate everyone at 90 days) Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, weekly pay, an attractive PTO plan, 7 paid holidays including Christmas Eve, bonus opportunities, local job focus with less windshield time, and an emphasis on work/life balance.
