Essential Job Functions:

Install windows and doors according to Packerland Home Improvement's standards and procedures. Apply interior and exterior trim work as needed for every application. Teach homeowners how to operate newly installed Packerland Home Improvement products. Communicate with the office at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. Supervise and train other installation crew members on best practices. Meet with homeowners to discuss project details before, during, and after installation. Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion. Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect Fill out all paperwork in a timely fashion. Work with Installation Manager to ensure Installation vehicles are properly equipped and maintained.

Requirements:

Window replacement and/or home construction background a plus. Ability to climb ladders. Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout the year. Must have own basic tools. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members. The Window and Door Installer is the homeowner's point of contact during the installation day. While working with our Install Techs, the Installation Leads are responsible for the quality of the finished install, as well as for answering homeowners' questions about the operation of Packerland Home Improvement products and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.
