TRAINING WILL HAPPEN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and a strong history of sustained employment. What You'll Do This isn't a "stand around and watch the clock" kind of role. You'll be the one keeping everything running. Troubleshoot alarms and keep pultrusion equipment operating smoothly Work with tools ranging from hand tools to precision measuring and testing devices Install, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems Perform preventative maintenance and machine repairs Maintain forklifts and assist with equipment movement Weld and fabricate as needed Support hydraulic and pneumatic systems Assist with plumbing and pump overhauls Track maintenance work, parts, and repairs Help maintain the facility (lighting, HVAC, carpentry, and more) What You Bring 3+ years of maintenance experience (you've seen some things—and fixed most of them) Electrical experience (up to 480V preferred) Hydraulic and mechanical knowledge Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Plumbing and carpentry experience Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Comfortable working at heights (25+ feet) Strong organization and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment Commitment to safety and following PPE requirements (A related degree is preferred—but experience and skill matter more here.)
