Job Description

Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift Are you a skilled maintenance professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly overnight? Join a leading global printing manufacturer with over 45 years of industry expertise, as a Maintenance Technician on our third shift team. Play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and help ensure our manufacturing processes deliver quality products to OEMs across various markets.

Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday, 10PM to 6
AM What You'll Do:
Install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and operational efficiency. Conduct routine inspections and record maintenance activities accurately. Repair and adjust machinery, including electrical wiring and mechanical components, adhering to safety standards and OSHA regulations. Assist with building repairs and participate in new construction projects as needed. Support a team-oriented environment that values open communication, safety, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine maintenance, with a proven ability to work with hand and power tools. Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and machine fabrication. Proficient in reading technical manuals and schematics. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally under stress. Ability to work independently and use tools such as DMMs, megohm meters, and thermal imaging cameras. Forklift certification and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are preferred. Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed. Nice to

Experience with machine maintenance, blueprint reading, and general maintenance tasks.
Preferred Education and Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing settings. On-site position based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Reliable independent worker.
