We're looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain three outstanding apartment communities in Dodge and Fond du Lac Counties. Every day brings something different—from troubleshooting maintenance requests to keeping our properties looking their very best. Your Home Base Includes Three Exceptional Communities Park Ridge Cottages- Lomira, WI Meadow Creek Apartments
- Kewaskum, WI Wild Goose Landing
- Oakfield, WI This position requires 24/7 on-call availability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Responsibilities include:
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and appliances Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers) Maintain building systems and mechanical equipment Keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and attractive Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance Work with vendors and contractors when neededWe're Looking For Someone Who:

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to: Monitor all interior and exterior for maintenance issues. Perform inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas. Maintain and keep all tools and equipment in acceptable working conditions and work area neat and clean.Electrical:
replace or fix outlets, light switches, fixtures, and breakers.Plumbing:
replace or fix faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, and unclogging drains.Heating and Cooling:
general heating repairs and cleaning filters, compressors, and condenser coils. Groundskeeping, including but not limited to: Picking up trash and keeping the building clean and presentable both inside and out. Shoveling and salting sidewalks and entry ways in winter, and lawn care and landscaping as needed. General carpentry and drywall repairs as needed. Assist with any cleaning and janitorial requests as needed. Paint units and general common areas as needed. Repair and replace windows and screens as needed. Troubleshoot, repair, or replace appliances. Maintain an accurate log of trash pick- ups and snow removal to ensure timeliness and billing is correct.
