Sunday-Thursday | Friday & Saturday Off Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well-established manufacturing team in Merrill, WI. The company specializes in printing labels and flexible packaging used on everyday consumer products, including cereal and snack packaging. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, sensors, switches, and other machine components Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings Document completed repairs and maintenance activities Work closely with production team members to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards Qualifications Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Electrical troubleshooting experience is highly desirable Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, and production machinery Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable and safety-focused Compensation & Benefits $29-$33/hour , based on experience $2,000 sign-on bonus Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
