We build high-quality composite decks that transform backyards — and we need a solid crew to make it happen.

What You'll Be Doing:

Install composite decks with precision and pride Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and correctly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Use tools, measure accurately, and bring plans to life Communicate with clients professionally on-site

For Our Foreman Role:

Build decks from the ground up — framing, decking, railings, and stairs Lead and manage a crew on-site, keeping projects moving without cutting corners Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Read and follow plans accurately Troubleshoot and fix issues before they become problems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Train and support team members

What We're Looking For:

Deck installation or carpentry experience preferred (5+ years for Foreman) Leadership experience for Foreman candidates Comfortable using tools, reading plans, and working with measurements/angles Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to lift 50-100 lbs Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather Valid driver's license Why Join Revamp?
