Position Summary As a Maintenance & Repair Technician at Prestige Property Management Services, you will handle a wide variety of property maintenance tasks, from small repairs to larger projects, with prompt service and timely follow-through. This role is essential to maintaining and enhancing our properties through skilled repairs, clear communication, and professional workmanship. Requirements Have your own tools and reliable transportation. Maintain current insurance. Reliable internet and phone access. Quick response times. Honest, transparent, respectful communications. Ability to work independently with structure, organization, and attention to detail. Responsibilities and Expectations Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve property maintenance issues. Communicate professionally and respectfully with tenants, vendors, and management staff. Provide technical advice and support when needed. Complete all repairs in a timely, professional, workmanlike manner. Follow applicable code compliance and safety procedures.
