A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.
Field service role performing hands-on equipment repair and maintenance for dairy farm customers. We are seeking a dependable technician with experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, or general maintenance . Candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair milking systems, vacuum pumps, and bulk tank refrigeration equipment Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, contactors, relays, and wiring Service compressors and condensing units and check refrigerant levels Complete preventative maintenance and annual equipment upkeep Respond to incoming service calls and provide on-site repairs Use hand tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues What Will Help You Succeed You may be a strong fit if you have experience with: Maintenance Technician responsibilities Field Service Technician work HVAC or refrigeration systems Electrical wiring and troubleshooting Mechanical repair and equipment maintenance Welding or fabrication Independent troubleshooting in a field environment You do not need dairy equipment experience to be considered. We are willing to train the right candidate who is mechanically inclined, motivated, and comfortable working hands-on.
