Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs on facilities equipment Follow safety protocols while working with electrical equipment repair, plumbing repairs, HVAC system repair, and other maintenance tasks Document all maintenance activities accurately using maintenance logs for future reference Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety audits regularly. Provide leadership during shift operations to ensure timely completion of tasks. Support customer service initiatives by addressing guest repair requests promptly and professionally. Qualifications Experience in facilities maintenance. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and vendors. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Knowledge of safety protocols related to facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments.
