•Robotics 2nd or 3rd Shift | Southern Wisconsin $30+/hour DOE Company Overview gpac is working with a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on robotics experience. This is an opportunity to join a highly automated facility investing in new equipment and technology, including multiple new production lines. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and minimize production downtime. Maintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systems. Support new production lines and perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Identify root causes of equipment failures and work closely with production to improve equipment reliability and safety. Qualifications 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required. Hands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience required. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with automated production lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors, or similar equipment. Industrial manufacturing experience required Technical training, certifications, or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation, Automated Factory Systems, or a related field is preferred.
