Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required; we will train the right candidate who brings curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn. In this role, you'll train alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician while learning both production operations and maintenance fundamentals. First Shift Position:

What You'll Learn and Do:

Working side by side with an experienced Maintenance Technician, you will learn how to:

• Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment safely
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment
• Assist with repairs, part replacement, equipment adjustments, and preventive maintenance
• Develop mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance tasks
• Support scheduled maintenance, machine service, and occasional emergency repairs
• Assist with facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, fabrication, and installation work
• Help ensure equipment and work areas are safe, reliable, and ready for production
• Work overtime when needed based on production needs Who We're Looking For

Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Associate degree, technical school training, or current enrollment in an industrial maintenance program preferred, but not required
