Full-Time | Direct Hire This role supports a manufacturing operation with a strong mix of CNC and fabrication equipment. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and handle both mechanical and electrical repairs across production equipment. Work will include CNC machines, mills, routers, saws, turret punches, and other plant equipment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair CNC and production equipment Work on HAAS, Amada, and other fabrication machinery Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems Troubleshoot motors, drives, controls, and PLC-controlled equipment Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform preventive maintenance Perform MIG/TIG welding and basic fabrication as needed Read electrical schematics and equipment drawings Help identify recurring failures and reduce downtime Assist with facility maintenance as needed Qualifications Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience Experience repairing production or CNC equipment Working knowledge of motors, drives, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics Ability to read schematics and technical manuals PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Welding experience preferred Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Life and disability insurance Employee ownership / equity program Technical training
