About Our Client Growing beverage manufacturer with a highly automated production environment 4-day workweek, Monday-Thursday Excellent health insurance Double-time pay for hours worked over 50 per week Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment Diagnose issues with PLCs, conveyors, and automated systems to minimize downtime Perform preventative maintenance, equipment changeovers, and root cause analysis Support equipment reliability while maintaining safety, quality, and maintenance documentation Desired Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, conveyors, and automated production equipment Food, beverage, bottling, packaging, CPG, or similar manufacturing experience preferred Proactive, hands-on, and able to respond quickly to production issues Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.
