Job Description

As a Machine Maintenance Mechanic you play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently and effectively.
This position is responsible for:
Performing mechanical/electrical preventative maintenance according to an established schedule on all required equipment. Effectively troubleshooting all mechanical/electrical equipment issues within the plant and take necessary corrective actions to repair, replace or rebuild. Demonstrating the ability to complete tasks and required documentation timely and accurately Ability to work on a variety of CNC Machines (Mazak, OKK, YouJi) to include
Machining Centers and Lathes Qualifications:
Mechanical degree or diploma, or Technical Certification in Electrical or Industrial field with machine repair/building experience preferred Able to read blueprints, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical sketches and diagrams Willingness to attend additional training as required to maintain or update skill levels necessary to keep pace with the trade, industry or new technology. Good color vision is required to identify electrical wires Use arithmetic and shop geometry to figure amounts of materials needed and dimensions to be followed Flexibility in work hours and assignments
