$21 Additional Details We are seeking a dependable, hands-on General Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities. This position is responsible for identifying maintenance needs, completing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work, has strong troubleshooting skills, and can work independently while also supporting the broader team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

This is not an all-inclusive list. Additional duties may be assigned. Perform general building and facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and building-related issues. Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections. Repair doors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, hardware, and other facility components. Perform minor painting, patching, caulking, and other general repairs. Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on urgency and operational needs. Maintain accurate records of completed work, repairs, and maintenance activities. Identify potential safety hazards and communicate concerns promptly. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition. Work safely and follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable safety regulations. Assist with special projects, facility improvements, and other duties as assigned. Provide professional and courteous service to employees, customers, and building occupants.
EXPECTATIONS
Reports to work each day and on time and works extra hours when needed. Employee must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e., when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc.). Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers by maintaining a positive attitude. The employee must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
