Location:
Ripon, WI Shift:
Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30
PM Pay:
$22.00-$25.00/hour We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair harvesting and farming equipment. This role offers a unique mix of shop work and field service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and solving problems in a variety of environments. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on harvesting and agricultural equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Monitor harvesting equipment during the season to ensure uninterrupted production Perform field repairs to minimize equipment downtime during harvest Assist with the operation and maintenance of tillage, planting, crop care, and support equipment Rebuild and overhaul equipment during the off-season Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns Follow all company safety policies and procedures Keep the shop and work areas clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Previous experience repairing agricultural, heavy-duty, diesel, or industrial equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred If you're ready to put your mechanical skills to work in a rewarding agricultural environment, apply today with IQ Resource Group!
