Job Description

OVERVIEW
Local real estate management company now hiring full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position attends to routine building maintenance, work orders, and tasks. Performance of general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities. Daily work may include a broad range of general maintenance items such as basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, some heating and cooling, and other building systems. If you're the "Mr. Fix-it" type of person that knows how to get things done correctly and take pride in yourself and your work... we WANT to hear from you!
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
Must be able to perform physical tasks related to this position such as lifting / moving object of weight such as tools, materials, and appliances, standing, climbing, crawling. Communicate effectively, including being able to read, write and follow oral and written directions. Experience in maintenance, construction or technical school certification is highly preferred but not required. Will provide on the job training for right candidate.
COMPENSATION
This position includes a competitive hourly wage, health and dental, vacation pay, holiday pay & more.

Conduct inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly. Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair and replace faulty components efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects. Document work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on property maintenance tasks.
