Maintenance Technician - Days or Nights available Infinitek is partnering with a leading, innovative manufacturing company to hire a Maintenance Technician for their brand-new, state-of-the-art production facility. Due to rapid growth and increased customer demand, the company is doubling the size of the facility, creating exciting opportunities for skilled maintenance professionals to join the team during a major expansion phase. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge robotic automation, advanced end-of-arm tooling, and highly automated assembly equipment while helping shape the future of a growing operation. What You'll Do as Maintenance Technician Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic systems, automated machinery, and production equipment. Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs. Optimize robotic programming and system performance to maximize efficiency. Execute and enhance preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime. Support and train team members on robotic systems and automated assembly equipment. Partner with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. What We're Looking For 1+ years of maintenance experience, preferably within an automated manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment reliability programs. Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
