Cleaning Technician HPI Property Management HPI Property Management is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing property management team. This position is responsible for keeping our rental properties, common areas, and newly renovated units clean, presentable, and ready for tenants. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and pays attention to the small details that make a property stand out. Responsibilities Clean vacant apartments and homes between tenants Perform move-out and move-in cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, windows, and other surfaces Clean common areas in multifamily properties Complete routine cleaning at managed properties Perform deep cleaning following renovations or maintenance work Remove trash and light debris from units Restock or organize cleaning supplies as needed Identify and report maintenance issues or property damage to management Complete assigned properties efficiently and on schedule Maintain a professional appearance while working at tenant-occupied properties Qualifications Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently without constant supervision Good communication skills Ability to manage multiple cleaning assignments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping, property management, or apartment-turnover experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We want someone who treats each property as if it were their own.
